Non-ETA Eligible Tourist Visa Requirements
To be eligible for a non-ETA eligible tourist visa, you must be a genuine visitor. If you apply from outside Australia, you must be outside of Australia for immigration to make a decision on your application. If you apply for this type of visa to extend your stay in Australia, you must be in Australia to be granted the visa.
You need to hold a valid passport to apply. If your passport is not on the list of eligible passport holders to apply on the ETA system but is on the list below you are eligible to apply for this type of visa.
